Lost your key?

No ticket needed. Your purchase page has your key, your receipts and the Macs your license is active on.

1. Open your purchase page (it's run by Polar, who handle our checkout).
2. Enter the email you bought Sweep with. Polar emails you a one-time code to sign in.
3. Your Sweep license key is listed there. Copy it, open Sweep and paste it when it asks.

Moving to a new Mac?

One key works on 3 Macs. If you've used all three, open Sweep on the old Mac and choose Settings › License › Deactivate This Mac. Don't have the old Mac any more? Remove it on your purchase page instead.
